If you are ordering other products along with the bread, you will receive those on the bread baking schedule. It is also more economical to order multiple loaves at a time as shipping cost doesn't change much whether it's one loaf or 3 or 4 loaves.

This is a 100% Gluten-Free & Vegan Sourdough... It has some tang!
Made in a shared kitchen facility, but those with Celiacs have had no issue! (I take extra care when I make it)

This bread is a time consuming process and there are many variables that can affect the outcome. I do my very best to be as consistent as possible, but please understand there will be slight variations between batches and loaves - in texture and sourness.
During the Winter months, I will be baking 1 - 2 times a month, so regardless of when your order is placed, it will ship out immediately after the bake session of the month.
