I’ve never baked with plantain flour before so I purchased just to see what it was like. My entire family was shocked at how good these muffins were. Incredibly delicious and so much more moist than traditional paleo coconut/almond flour recipes. Now I will be buying this along with world’s best tasting granola!!!!!!
